This evolving itinerary is designed to give you a sense of the rhythm of the retreat — a thoughtful blend of education, movement, meaningful conversation, rest, nourishment, and connection. Participants will receive a complete retreat schedule, including confirmed speakers, sessions, and activities, before arrival.

Friday, October 2

Arrival, Connection & Opening Celebration

Friday is designed as a soft landing into the retreat experience. Guests will arrive at Buckhorn Hollow Farms, settle into their cottages, meet their cottage-mates, and begin to transition out of everyday life and into a weekend of connection, renewal, and discovery.

    Welcome Family-Style Dinner

    A relaxed, communal meal designed to help everyone connect, with live background music.

    Welcome, orientation, and setting intentions for the weekend.

Education, Movement, Wellness & Community

Saturday is the heart of the retreat. The day is designed to balance expert-led education with embodied wellness experiences, small-group connection, nourishing meals, personal time, and an evening of music and gathering on the farm.

    Each cottage will be stocked with healthy breakfast foods, coffee, tea, fruit, snacks, and beverages.

    Choose Your Morning Experience

    Begin the day in the way your body needs most. Options may include relaxed cottage time, a nature walk, guided meditation, gentle flow yoga, or mat Pilates.

    Opening Keynote

    An inspiring and practical conversation about navigating midlife, understanding the physical and emotional changes of this season, and stepping into your power.

    A candid conversation with women's wellness professionals bringing both expertise and lived experience to the conversation.

    Lunch & Conversation

    A relaxed lunch with curated conversation prompts designed to spark meaningful connection.

  7. 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM

    Rotating Breakout Sessions

    Small-group discussions led by experts, designed to give participants practical tools, trusted information, and space for honest conversation. Topics may include hormonal health, food and supplements, menopause in the workplace, physical fitness, sexual wellness, rest, reflection, and self-care.

    Instructor-Led Activity

    A whole-person wellness experience designed to bring the day's learning into the body. This may include breathwork, dance, creative expression, functional movement, or another mind-body practice.

    Explore thoughtfully vetted products, services, and resources designed to support women's health and well-being.

    Personal Time

    Optional yoga, Pilates, walking trails, rest, reflection, or time outdoors.

    A special performance by local Tennessee artists and musicians.

Sunday is designed to help participants integrate what they've learned and leave with a clearer sense of direction, support, and next steps. The morning will focus on reflection, sustainable habits, and creating a personal roadmap for life beyond the retreat.

Catherine “Cat” Turpin, MS

Healthcare Leader, Behavioral Health Advocate, Endurance Athlete

Catherine “Cat” Turpin is a healthcare leader, behavioral health advocate, and endurance athlete who brings both professional experience and personal insight to Prime Collective. Her passion for this work grew out of her own menopause journey and the challenges she faced trying to find holistic, informed, and supportive care. Cat is passionate about helping other women navigate the confusion around midlife health with more clarity, compassion, and confidence. Through Prime Collective, she is committed to creating spaces where women feel seen, supported, and empowered to ask better questions, access better resources, and live their best lives in this next chapter.

Violetta Markelou

IIN-Certified Health Coach, Women’s Health Strategist, Creative Director

Violetta Markelou is an IIN-certified holistic health coach, women’s health strategist, and multidisciplinary creative working at the intersection of wellness, storytelling, and lived experience. Her personal health journey began in 2007, when she experienced a transformation through lymphatic health and liver detoxification. Over time, that path expanded into health optimization, cancer prevention, and hormone health. Drawing from her own health journey, Violetta helps women approach food with greater confidence, self-awareness, and the belief that food is medicine. She recently served on the casting team for sHEALed, an Amazon Prime women’s health documentary, where she helped identify and connect with leading voices in women’s health, wellness, and longevity. Through Prime Collective, her mission is to make health education more accessible — helping women feel informed, empowered, and deeply connected to their bodies, vitality, identity, and personal power.

Women’s Wellness Strategist, Food as Medicine Advocate

Maggie Troope Biscarr is a women’s wellness strategist and longtime leader working at the intersection of food, health, workplace well-being, and social impact. Inspired by her own healthy-aging journey, she is passionate about helping women approach midlife with greater knowledge, confidence, and possibility. Maggie holds an undergraduate degree in psychology and a Master of Social Work, and brings more than 25 years of experience building programs, partnerships, and shared-value solutions across the nonprofit and corporate sectors. Her work focuses on Food as Medicine, whole-person wellness, and creating supportive communities that meet women where they are — at home, at work, and in life.

Tiffany is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and founder of Salus Integrative, where she blends the science of modern medicine with the art of healing. She is certified in Anti-Aging, Regenerative, and Functional Medicine through A4M, has completed training through the School of Applied Functional Medicine, and is certified by the SSRP in Peptide Therapy. She has also completed numerous advanced mentorships in women's health and hormone care. With over a decade of experience in both conventional and integrative healthcare, Tiffany brings a deeply informed and compassionate approach to patient care.

Today, her focus is rooted in root-cause medicine and whole-person wellness. Tiffany specializes in hormone optimization, gut health, chronic fatigue, and preventive medicine. At Salus, she and her team provide comprehensive evaluations including advanced lab work, genetic and gut health testing, and customized treatment plans featuring bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, medical weight management, and IV nutrient support.
